As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the clean and friendly environment of the hotel. The location was perfect for us, as it was close to Union Station but away from the hustle and bustle. The comfortable bed, spotless bed linen, and hot beverages available at any time were a great bonus. The staff was extremely helpful in sorting out local codes for our overseas phones. The shuttle bus to and from Union Station was convenient, and the drivers provided us with useful information. The breakfast offered a good variety and was a great start to our day.
